Try before you buy
Most of our software has a free trial or demo, and all our courses are free. Please use the trial, the free courses and a free discovery call to make sure a product fits your business before you pay.
Software and digital products
Our software, licences and digital products are delivered digitally. Once an order is confirmed and your account, licence or access has been delivered, the payment is not refundable.
Done-for-you and custom work
Fees for done-for-you services, custom development and mentorship are not refundable once the work has started. Where a written proposal sets out milestones or other terms, those terms apply. Ad budgets paid directly to Meta, Google or other platforms are not handled by us and cannot be refunded by us.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date by writing to us on email or WhatsApp. The service stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, or money was taken but the payment failed, write to us with the payment details. After we check it, we return the extra amount to your original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days.
Free courses
Our courses at learn.coachautomatic.com are free, so there is nothing to refund.
