Terms of use

The rules for using our software, courses and services. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Accepting these terms

By using any Coach Automatic website, software, course or service, you agree to these terms. If you use our services for a business, you agree on behalf of that business. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services

Your account

Give us correct details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and by your team members. Tell us at once if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Free trials

Many products have a free trial or demo so you can check that a tool suits you before you pay. We may change or end a trial offer at any time.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown on the order page, invoice or proposal, and taxes such as GST are added where they apply. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is paid. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Training and support

Every software package includes setup help, hand-holding, free training and technical support, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm IST (Sunday closed). Support covers our own software. It does not cover problems caused by third-party platforms, your devices or your internet connection.

Fair use

You agree not to use our services to send spam or unwanted messages, break the rules of WhatsApp, Meta, Google or any other platform, break telecom rules (including TRAI rules on calls and messages), harm others, or break any law. We may suspend or close an account that does this, without a refund.

Third-party platforms

Some of our tools work with platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google, YouTube and Zoom. Those platforms have their own terms and can change, limit or block features or accounts. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or changes, but we will help you as best we can.

Done-for-you services and results

We work hard to grow your business, but results such as leads, sales or followers depend on many things outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific results. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platforms and are separate from our service fees.

Content and ownership

Our software, courses, designs, logos and content belong to Coach Automatic. You may use them only as allowed by your package. You keep ownership of the data and content you upload, and you allow us to use it only to provide the service to you.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can stop using our services at any time and cancel future renewals by writing to us. We may suspend or end the service if these terms are broken or a payment is not made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Using our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
